Mr. Mattingly holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri Columbia and a MBA from the Crummer Graduate School at Rollins College.  He is a member of Rotary International and is a licensed Mortgage Broker.

Mr. Mays background includes many years in the government services industry including senior management positions with SRL and Evans & Sutherland. Mr. Mays is a graduate of the Air Force Academy, and has earned an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School at Rollins College.  He is a member of Rotary International and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate.

Mrs. Mattingly has many years of experience in finance & accounting for large and small companies.  She has extensive experience in multi-unit international financial consolidation and analysis.  Prior to joining Equilliance, she was Finance Manager for a major global account with AT&T Solutions.  Mrs. Mattingly has a BS in Marketing from Missouri State University.
