Orlando, 2006-09-06 -- Equilliance today announced that it has completed a transaction with Township Title.  Based in Orlando Florida, Township Title is a premium provider of title closing and escrow services. 

As part of the transaction, the Township Title staff and operations will be merged with Equilliance Title.  Rebekah Gimenez, owner of Township Title, will become a senior partner and VP of Operations for Equilliance Title.

According to Equilliance President, Tim Mattingly, "We are very pleased to add the Township Title team to our family.  Rebekah will be great addition to our management team and her professional and highly experienced staff will help support our rapid growth."

The current Township Title office in College Park will be converted into a Mortgage, Real Estate and Title branch office to support over 200 Equilliance associates located in the Orlando area.
