  • Depositing checks from title company.
  • Reconciliation of title checks with HUD-1.
  • Reconciliation of fees collected prior to closing.
  • Issuing checks to third parties such as appraisers.
  • Maintenance of Charge Accounts for each broker.
  • Calculation of broker commissions.

Broker Charge Accounts
No more paying for credit reports for unclosed loans.  The EquiPath system automatically tracks all credit report charges and deducts these charges from the broker's individual charge account.  The broker's charge account is automatically replenished by payroll deduction whenever they close a loan.
