EquiPath^® includes a web-based LOS system that can be accessed via any compatible internet enabled computer. EquiPath^® automates and simplifies all the tasks associated with contact management, credit reports, borrower pre-qualifications, loan origination and loan processing. Developed by mortgage professionals for mortgage professionals, EquiPath^® is your path to greater efficiencies and freedom.

Lender Lookup
One of the most useful tools in EquiPath^® is the “Lender Lookup”. Lender Lookup enables you to quickly reference all the lenders that are approved with Equilliance. You are also provided quick access to the most requested lenders and the ability to search for a lender based on your desired criteria. Fannie Mae Validator & File Export
EquiPath^® interfaces with the new Fannie Mae v3.2 File Export. An EquiPath^® file can be exported and uploaded into Desktop Underwriter or almost all lender systems. This means faster underwriting and no re-entering of your loan application.

Compliance Management
Built into the EquiPath^® software are mechanisms that not only automatically generate the disclosure forms and copies of information required by law but also controls and records all actions all actions on every loan application. All of these tools protect both you and Equilliance from any compliance violations.

Contact & Pipeline Management
EquiPath^® allows you to manage your contacts and pipeline with the ability to sort and filter borrower information by loan stage and contact date. You can also input pertinent borrower information so you can keep in contact by remembering their birthdays or wedding anniversary dates.
