A Few Easy Steps

1. Complete a ten minute Online Application. Upon completing your online application, you will be given an EquiPath^® User ID and password to track your progress. 
    
2. Contact an Area Manager or Area Recruiter to learn more about our program and give us a chance to ensure that you have the right qualifications to become an Equilliance Loan Officer.
    

3. Complete the registration process including:

   • Submitting all required documentation to our HR department.
   • Payment of the Startup Investment.
   • Pass a criminal background check.
   • Setup of all accounts for our Technology Systems. 
      
4. Successfuly complete the Company Orientation & Loan Origination Training Course.
   • Loan Officer Candidates will be evaluated during the training class to determine their aptitude and consistency with Equilliance standards.  Candidates that do not meet our standards will not be eligible to join Equilliance and their setup fees will be refunded. 

As an integrated part of EquiPath^®, most of this process is highly automated and many loan officers complete the entire pre-training process in less than 24 hours.
