Orlando, 2004-06-01 -- Today Equilliance, a mortage services company headquartered in Orlando FL, announced the opening of their affiliated title company, Equilliance Closing Services.
According to President Bill Mays, "The new company will extend the services available to our loan officers and their customers. The addition of an in-house title company extends our service offering to simplify and accelerate the mortgage transaction." The new company was formed partially through the acquisition of Patriot Title Agency and the integration of their staff. |
