Equilliance Launches New Training & Coaching Program |

Orlando, 2005-11-28 -- Equilliance announced today the formation of a new Loan Origination Training & Coaching Program.
The new program will initially include three days of classroom training to introduce the basics of the loan origination process. Upon completion of the initial training, loan officers will be paired with an experienced corporate trainer to act as their coach during their initial period as a loan officer. According to Equilliance President, Tim Mattingly, "the coaching phase will help ensure that less experienced loan officer are not struggling as they gain real world experience." |
