Must have at least 12 months of experience as a loan originator.
Must have closed at least 10 loans within the past 36 months. 
Must share our committment to our company values and be willing to follow our Code of Conduct.
• Must pass a test on basic loan origination knowlegde.
• Must be willing and able to our loan officer orientation program.
• Must be willing and able to make the financial investment required to join our company. 

Getting Started With Equilliance
Equilliance provides more comprehensive tools & support than other mortgage companies.  Learning to use these resources is a critical part of becoming a successful member of our team.  The Equilliance startup process includes orientation training and support that extends far beyond the support provided by most mortgage companies.

Terms & Conditions:

• All training courses are offered at Equilliance Corporate Offices.  Candidates are responsible for all travel costs to attend training coures.  Special discounted corporate rates are available at hotels near our corporate offices.
• Loan officers must close their first loan within 120 days.
• Startup investments are non-refundable after Orientation has been completed.
