Equilliance Venture Management is a joint venture technology based company which assists smaller companies to take their operation to the next level. Initially, serving the government training simulator community Equilliance Venture Management has grown to encompass smaller client companies who wish to grow but lack the capital and management expertise to do so. Venture Management is a division within the Technology and Training Services Group of Equilliance.  Equilliance will grow the client company by combining our extensive expertise with the technological knowledge of our client companies. These companies will join the division as partnerships or joint ventures. There may even be a case where the relationship requires a merger between two larger entities. Equilliance is currently searching for opportunities to partner with client companies or on occasion start-up ventures to enhance our existing technical base.
